Problem

Event management at Solusi Medikal Event was handled through manual and fragmented processes. Participant registration, payment confirmation, and event information were not centralized, making it difficult to manage data and follow up with attendees.

Solution

To solve these challenges, a web-based event management system was developed. The system centralizes registration, payment validation, and event information, while also automating participant confirmation and attendance tracking.

By integrating barcode-based validation, the system enables faster check-in, reduces duplication, and improves overall event efficiency.
